Our story
Banyan Row started in 2019 with one restored bungalow in Indiranagar and a simple belief: a good home shouldn't cost you your weekends in deposits, deliveries and DIY. So we do the boring parts — furniture, bills, cleaning, repairs — and hand you a room that's genuinely ready to live in.
Today we run nine houses across Bengaluru, each with its own personality but the same promise: transparent rent, real community, and a team that picks up the phone. No lock-in games, no surprise charges, no landlord ghosting you at midnight.

Resident stories
