Before you book
The questions we're asked most.
Do I need to fast before my test?
It depends on the test. Sugar and lipid panels usually need 8–12 hours of fasting, while many others don't. Plain water is fine throughout. When you book, we'll tell you exactly what your tests need.
How soon will I get my report?
Most routine reports are ready within 24 hours, and several are same-day. Specialised tests can take longer — we'll give you a timeline when you book. Reports arrive digitally first, on WhatsApp and email.
Which areas do you cover for home collection?
We collect across Ahmedabad, most days from early morning to late evening. Share your pincode when you book and we'll confirm the nearest available slot.
Can I book without a doctor's prescription?
Many of our health packages can be booked directly. Some specialised tests need a doctor's request — if you're unsure, ask us and we'll guide you. It's always worth booking a consultation for advice specific to you.
Are my results kept confidential?
Yes. Your report is shared only with you and any doctor you nominate. We don't sell or share your health data.
Will someone explain what my report means?
Every report shows reference ranges beside each value, with clear flags where something is out of range. For advice on what your specific results mean for you, book a consultation with your doctor.
