What we treat

Three ways we help you move

Whatever brought you here — a sports injury, a stubborn back, or recovery after surgery — the plan starts with understanding your movement, then rebuilding it.

Sports injury & performance

From weekend runners to competitive athletes — we calm the injury down, then rebuild strength and control so you return to your sport with confidence.

The recovery path

From guarded to full range

Recovery isn't one appointment — it's a curve. Here's the path we walk with you, measured the way a physio does: in the range of motion you get back.

Treat the cause, not just the pain
Our approach

Care that treats the cause — not just the pain.

Every body and every injury is different. We look at how you actually move, work out why the pain is there, and build a plan around your goals. Book an assessment for advice specific to you.

One physio, start to finish

You work with the same senior physiotherapist across your recovery, so nothing gets lost between visits.

Time to actually treat you

Unhurried one-on-one sessions — assessment, hands-on work and coaching in the same appointment.

Movement, not just relief

We treat the cause and give you a home plan you can stick to, so progress holds between sessions.

Evidence-led, plainly explained

Care grounded in current practice, explained in language that makes sense — no jargon, no guesswork.

Questions before you book

Do I need a doctor's referral to book?

No — you can book an assessment directly with us. If you're coming after surgery or a scan, bring any reports along and we'll factor them into your plan.

What happens in the first assessment?

A conversation about your history and goals, a movement and strength screen, a hands-on assessment, and a plan you both agree on. Many people begin treatment in the same visit.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. For lower-limb issues, shorts are helpful; for shoulders or neck, a vest or loose top works well.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the injury and your goals. We'll give you an honest estimate after the first assessment and keep reviewing it as you progress.

Do you help with recovery after surgery?

Yes. We work alongside your surgeon's guidance to rebuild range, strength and function at a safe, sensible pace.

Ready to move better?

Book an assessment and we'll map out a recovery plan built around your goals — a return to sport, a pain-free back, or steady, confident daily movement.

In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or nearest hospital — we're not an emergency service.
