Ancient practice, evidence-led, unhurried.

Classical Ayurveda in the heart of Kochi — where a long, careful consultation comes before any therapy, and your plan is built around your life, not a template.

Our approach

We assess before we advise.

Ayurveda reads each person through their unique balance of the three doshas. Before any oil is warmed, we take the time to understand yours — your constitution, your season of life, and what's actually troubling you. Traditional in method, honest in what it can and can't do.

Vata

The principle of movement — air and space. When steady, it brings creativity and quick thinking; when unsettled, restlessness and dryness. We work to ground and warm.

Movement · Nervous system

Pitta

The principle of transformation — fire and water. It drives digestion, focus and warmth; in excess, heat and intensity. We aim to cool and settle.

Metabolism · Digestion

Kapha

The principle of structure — earth and water. It lends calm, strength and stamina; when heavy, sluggishness and congestion. We look to enliven and lighten.

Structure · Immunity
Panchakarma & therapies

Traditional therapies, thoughtfully delivered.

Every therapy is prescribed after consultation — never off a menu. Our therapists are trained in the classical sequences, and our oils and preparations are made in our own pharmacy.

Abhyanga & Swedana

Warm oil, then herbal steam

A rhythmic full-body massage with medicated oils chosen for your constitution, followed by a gentle herbal steam to help the body loosen and settle. A grounding place to begin.

Kati Basti & Marma

Focused, localised care

A reservoir of warm medicated oil is held over an area that needs attention — often the lower back or joints — combined with marma work. Frequently part of our support for stiffness and mobility.

Panchakarma

Classical staged therapy

The deeper, structured therapy Ayurveda is known for — undertaken slowly, in stages, and only when your physician judges it appropriate for you. Preparation, the main therapies, and a careful return.

Where people come to us

Concerns we're often asked about.

Ayurveda works gradually and looks at the whole person. We're glad to support these areas alongside — never instead of — the care of your doctor. What's right for you is something we'll only know after we've talked.

Digestion & gut

Bloating, irregularity and the everyday discomforts that Ayurveda treats as the root of much else.

Stress, sleep & mind

Feeling wired, unrested or overstretched — where calming therapies and daily routine can help.

Joints & mobility

Stiffness, aches and the wear of long days — supported with focused external therapies and movement.

Skin & hair

Dullness, dryness and flare-ups, approached from within through diet, herbs and gentle external care.

Women's wellness

Cycle comfort, the perimenopausal years and postnatal recovery — unhurried, respectful support.

Metabolic & lifestyle

Weight, energy and everyday habits — steady changes to routine, food and activity, at a human pace.

Ayurvedic care complements, and does not replace, treatment from your physician. If a symptom is new, severe or worsening, please see a doctor first. Book a consultation for advice specific to you.
Wellness programmes

Give it enough time to work.

Meaningful change in Ayurveda rarely happens in a single visit. Our programmes are structured, guided and shaped to your life. Length and content are decided together, on consultation — never sold as a fixed package.

How we work

Traditional roots, honest expectations.

"We hold two things at once: deep respect for a very old tradition, and a plain, modern honesty about what a therapy can reasonably do."

  • 01
We start with your storyA long first consultation — history, habits, sleep, digestion, the lot — before any plan is drawn.
  • 02
We prescribe, not upsellTherapies are recommended when they fit, for as long as they help. No fixed packages, no pressure.
  • 03
We stay in your cornerYour vaidya reviews progress and adjusts. If Ayurveda isn't the right tool, we'll say so and point you on.
