01 — The idea
A studio the size of a good conversation.
We opened Springline because the best Pilates we ever did happened in rooms where the teacher knew our name and our knees. So we kept it small on purpose — six reformers, one instructor, and enough space between machines to breathe.
Every class is built on the same idea the founder Joseph Pilates called contrology: move slowly, breathe deliberately, and let the springs do the arguing. It is quiet, unglamorous, deeply effective work — and it holds up whether you are twenty-five or sixty-five, brand new or coming back from an injury.
- Low-impact on joints, high-return for posture and core
- Real corrections, because we can see all six of you
- Progressions written down, so week two builds on week one
