House record · Men's Open · standing on the platform since 2023

Since 2019

A gym built around three lifts, not fifty machines.

Platform 45 started as one deadlift platform, a calibrated bar and a whiteboard nailed to the wall. We named it for the plate you chase your whole lifting life — the red 45 that turns a working set into a record.

There is no mirror wall, no cable jungle, no queue for the leg press. Just power racks, mono-lifts, calibrated iron and people who know your opener. You get stronger here because everything in the room is pointed at one number: your total.

  • 0% of members hit a new PR inside their first twelve weeks
  • 0 competition platforms & power racks under one roof

Chalk up. Set the feet. Pull.

The floor

Six platforms. One standard.

Every station is set up to competition spec, so the numbers you hit in training are the numbers you can trust on meet day.

Industrial open-gym interior lined with loaded barbells and lifting platforms
  • 01

    Deadlift platforms

Four dedicated pulling stations with rubber-topped decks and calibrated plates that let you drop a heavy single without wrecking the bar.

  • 02

    Competition mono-lift

A commanded squat rack with the same walkout, depth and rack-height feel you will meet on the platform at a sanctioned event.

  • 03

    Calibrated bars & iron

Power bars, a stiff bench bar and a deadlift bar — all sleeved, spun and matched to certified competition plates.

  • 04

    The board on the wall

Every attempt over a house standard goes up on the PR board. If you pull it, you own it, and your name stays until someone takes it.

What the total looks like

"I walked in unable to squat below parallel. Fourteen months later I pulled my first 300 kg total on the platform in front of the whole gym."
Meghna DuaMember since 2022 · 300 kg total
"The programming is honest. Ravi added 60 kg to my deadlift in a year by fixing my setup, not by throwing random volume at me."
Tarun BhatiaCoached member · 305 kg deadlift
"Arjun handled my first meet start to finish. I went nine-for-nine and came home with a medal I didn't think was possible."
Priya MenonCompeted 57 kg · first sanctioned meet
