What we make official

Three ways a document becomes valid.

Whether it needs a notary's seal, an apostille for the Hague countries, or embassy attestation, we tell you the exact route and timeline before you commit.

01 — On the spot

Notarisation

Affidavits, declarations, agreements and true copies notarised in person by a Notary appointed by the Government of Maharashtra.

  • Affidavits & sworn declarations
  • Agreement & MoU notarisation
  • True-copy / photocopy attestation
  • Drafting of standard affidavits
02 — For abroad

Apostille

Documents apostilled under the Hague Convention through the Ministry of External Affairs, so they are accepted across member countries without further legalisation.

  • Personal & educational documents
  • Commercial & company papers
  • Preparation, submission & follow-up
  • MEA-outsourced centre coordination
03 — Legalised

Attestation

Embassy, consulate and state-level attestation — HRD, GAD and Home Department — for documents headed to non-Hague countries.

  • Embassy & consulate attestation
  • State HRD / GAD attestation
  • Chamber of Commerce attestation
  • End-to-end document legalisation

Not on the list? Bring it in or send a photo — nine times out of ten we already know the route it needs to take.

No shortcuts on the seal

Every signature is witnessed and every seal applied in person.

That is what makes a notarised document hold up — and why we do the verification ourselves, every time.

Same-day service

Sealed this afternoon, not next week.

Walk in before 3 pm on a working day with the original document and one government photo ID. Most single-document notarisations are verified, sealed and back in your hands the same afternoon.

  1. Bring it in

Original document plus one photo ID. No appointment needed for a standard notarisation.

  2. We verify

We confirm the document, the signatory and the exact seal or attestation it requires.

  3. Sealed

Notarised and stamped on the spot; apostille and attestation submitted the same day.

  4. Collected

Pick it up at the desk in Fort, or have it couriered back, sealed and ready to use.

Note: apostille and embassy attestation depend on government and consulate turnaround, so timelines vary by country — we give you a realistic date up front and keep you posted at every stage.

Good to know

Questions we hear most.

Still unsure what your document needs? Send us a photo — the first bit of guidance is always free.

What do I need to bring?

For a standard notarisation, the original document and one government photo ID. Some attestations need supporting papers — an offer letter, a degree, an original invoice — and we tell you the exact list when you enquire, so nothing is a surprise at the counter.

Do you really do same-day?

Yes, for most notarisations. Reach us before the mid-afternoon cut-off on a working day and your sealed document is usually ready the same afternoon. Apostille and embassy attestation depend on government turnaround, so those follow a realistic date we set with you.

Can you handle documents for use abroad?

We handle apostille under the Hague Convention for member countries, and full embassy or consulate attestation for the rest. Tell us the destination country and the purpose, and we map out the whole chain from notary to final seal.

Will you draft the affidavit for me?

Yes. We draft and notarise standard affidavits and declarations — address proof, name change, lost document, gap-in-employment and the like. Bring the details and we prepare the wording correctly the first time.

Where are you, and do I need an appointment?

We are in Fort, Mumbai, a short walk from the Bombay High Court and the collector's office. No appointment is needed for a routine notarisation — for attestation matters a quick call ahead helps us have the right forms ready.

Is there a consultation fee?

Initial guidance on what your document needs — the route, the papers and a realistic timeline — is free. Just call, message on WhatsApp, or send the enquiry form and we will point you the right way.
