Most tax problems are not arguments about the law. They are arguments about the record. Fiscara begins with the ledger, not the letter: we reconcile the numbers, understand where each one came from, and only then form a view.
That discipline is why our opinions read cleanly at assessment and hold their shape on appeal. We work with a small number of clients at a time — promoters, CFOs and finance controllers across manufacturing, services and technology — and we keep one partner on every file, start to finish.
We do not sell speed for its own sake. We sell positions you can defend two years from now, when the notice arrives and the file is the only thing that speaks for you.

Four steps, in the same order, on every matter. It is deliberately unglamorous — and it is why the position holds.
We start with the ledger, not the letter. Every figure is traced to its source before we form a view.
One defensible reading, written down, with the section, circular or ruling that supports it cited beside it.
Submissions, annexures and reconciliations assembled the way an officer or a bench will open them.
