Heritage & Co. began in 1998, when our founder bought a crumbling twelve-room haveli in the Pink City's old quarter simply because she could not bear to watch it be pulled down.
Twenty-seven years on, we are Jaipur's most particular custodians of old homes. We do not flip property. We take on havelis, colonial-era bungalows and courtyard homes that developers would flatten, and we return them to life with the same lime plaster, araish polish and hand-carved dhungri stone that raised them.
Every home we sell arrives with a bound dossier: who built it, which craft families worked its jharokhas, and the restoration we carried out room by room. You are not buying square footage. You are becoming the next chapter.
