Our story

We build fewer homes, and we build them green.

Casa Verde began in 2016 with a single laterite plot in Assagao and a stubborn idea: that a villa should feel grown, not developed. Every home we release keeps at least half its plot under canopy — old mango, jackfruit and palm left standing, courtyards shaped around them.

We are a small, owner-run studio. Our founder walks each site, our masons are on our own payroll, and we hand over only when the garden is already alive. Across eight years we have completed thirty-one villas across North Goa, and we have never released more than four at a time.

• Grown, not cleared. Mature trees protected; native planting from day one.
